Big things are ahead for Hubbard School alumnus Cooper Olson, who has been selected as one of 30 emerging leaders in the 2026 ADCOLOR® FUTURES class.

The highly selective program trains, mentors and empowers the next generation of leaders across advertising, marketing and communications. Olson, currently an art director at Fallon in Minneapolis, joins the program’s 15th cohort during ADCOLOR’s 20th anniversary year.

For Olson, the recognition carries personal significance.

“As a Native American from the Seneca Nation of Indians, I am proud to represent my people, my family and my ancestors,” Olson shared in announcing his selection.

Olson also credits the people and communities that have supported his journey — including the Hubbard School and Ad 2 Minnesota — as well as the mentors and colleagues who have helped shape his professional growth.

Now, he’ll take that next step alongside 29 other talented professionals, coming together in Los Angeles this fall as part of the ADCOLOR Conference and Awards.

We're proud to see a Hubbard alum recognized among the next generation of industry leaders, and excited to see where Cooper goes from here. Congratulations, Cooper!
