In addition to written reporting, our students enjoy a rigorous curriculum in photojournalism and visual communication — critical skills in a face-paced and increasingly visual media landscape. Every spring, the Hubbard School hosts Northern Exposure, a two-day conference bringing in working professionals to discuss everything from good gear to good practices in the realms of covering stories about sports, politics, the arts and more.
